My baby, 2 weeks old accepted it with no problem. I guess it really models the breast shape. It is simple to assemble and nice in the aspect. I didn't really understand how the pouch can collapse without the baby sucking air.. So I squeeze the pouch after I put the milk inside, in order to get rid of some air, but you can't eliminate it all.
