- Make sure your chocolate is at room temperature before filling the mold.

- If adjusting the temperature of your chocolate is too much of a chore to attempt but you still want to make some delicious treats without worrying about a shiny end result, use our silicone chocolate molds.

- CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before first use: Wash the mold with warm water and a little dish soap. Use a soft sponge and avoid any abrasive materials.
- Rinse well and dry thoroughly with soft kitchen paper or a hair dryer.
- Make sure the mold is completely dry and buff away any remaining water marks with a soft microfiber cloth.
- AFTER USE:
- Do not wash the mold with water any longer.
- If you have any chocolate leftovers, gently heat the mold with a hair dryer until the chocolate melts and then wipe it off with kitchen towels.
- The mold will still be a little greasy, which is normal.
- The remaining cocoa butter will help make the next batch more shiny and easier to remove.
- Handling and storage tips:
- Do not use sharp or metal tools.
- The scratch on the inside of the cavities will always be visible in the finished product.
- Store your polycarbonate mold in a dry, well-ventilated place.c
