- Bone Health: Vitamin K2 and D3 work together to help guide calcium away from soft tissues, such as blood vessels, and into the bones and teeth where it is most needed
- MK-7: This formula contains vitamin K2 in the most bioavailable and bioactive form, menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Fat-soluble MK-7 is the only form of vitamin K2 to offer 24-hour protection with a single daily dose. Other forms of vitamin K2, such as MK-4, need to be taken at a much higher dosage to provide benefits to health, and they only last 4–6 hours in the body before they are eliminated
- Sunshine Vitamin: Average vitamin D levels in Canada remain below what is considered optimal for good health, with many people either being vitamin D deficient or living with subclinical vitamin D insufficiency. Vitamin D supplementation is especially helpful for people at high risk for vitamin D deficiency. This includes those who live at more northerly latitudes, do not get sufficient sun exposure, or do not eat foods fortified with vitamin D
- One-Per-Day: Each softgel contains 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 (biologically active form MK-7) and 1000 IU of Vitamin D3
