أول مرة بستخدمهم ما زلت أعتقد أن الفوط أحسن وصحية أكتر لكن التامبون تبدو مفيدة ومريحة في حالات معينة زي الطلعات والمناسبات مثلًا وممكن أثناء النوم خاصة للي بيتحركوا كتير وبتحصل بهدلة بس حسيت أول يوم الدورة لما تكون خفيفة صعب إني أحط التامبون وشوية مزعجة بضل أحس فيها بس مهم جدًا ما تنترك أكتر من ثمانية ساعات، كل تامبون تبقى ما بين أربعة إلى ثمانية ساعات وبعدها لازم تتغير وأحيانًا ممكن ينحط فوطة احتياط خاصة لو كانت أول تجربة ولسا مو متعودة عليها عشان في حالة لو كان في تسريب
