For main meals, the package includes 700 g each of split lentils, white beans, coarse freekeh, and either coarse or fine bulgur. The basket also contains 800 g of chicken luncheon meat, six 150 g packs of vermicelli, three 300 g packs of pasta, 1050 g of tomato puree, and 24 chicken bouillon cubes.
