When I knew the details of what had happened, I couldn't go on with my life as if I didn't know.

I could not turn the page, and forget.

I tried. But it failed.

The pain of knowing was different. It weighs both the soul and the body.

The feeling of helplessness was more than I could bear.

I have known! So what next? Can you do something?

The only thing that relieved me was to write what happened.
