هل منتج. سحري من اول اسبوع حسيت ب فرق.مع الاتزام.اتبعي تعليمات الكتيب الي يجي معاه. يغني عن عمليات النحت. بس اكيد بده ننتبه للوزن ما يزيد اذا وزنك ثابت يفيد يخفف دهون البطن و الزنود.
