I had high hopes for the Frida Mom C-Section Recovery Band, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. The material felt soft and comfortable at first, but the band constantly slid out of place, no matter how tightly I adjusted it. This made it difficult to get the support I needed, especially when I was moving around. For the price, I expected a much better fit and more reliability. It might work better for others, but it wasn’t the right choice for my recovery.
