• WHAT SHOULD YOU PAY ATTENTION TO?

2. Don't take your temperature immediately after eating, exercise, or a shower.
3. TKeep the thermometer in the room where you'll be taking the reading for at least 20-25 minutes beforehand. You, or the person taking the reading, must be in the room for at least 5 minutes
4. Finished the first reading? Wait at least 5 minutes before taking the second.
5. Don't hold the thermometer for too long before use, as this warms up the sensor and may give incorrect results.
6. You need to be sure that the temperature you read on the display is the same as that shown orally.
