- Probios gluten-free Italian Quinoa is a precious base for the preparation of many recipes: use it with vegetables, for flans, for soups and for any of your imaginative recipes.
- Quinoa (Chmpodium quinoa) is not a real cereal, but a herbaceous plant. Already cultivated 5000 years ago by the Andean populations, this proposal by Probios comes from Italian cultivation. Its nutritional characteristics make it a source of vegetable protein.
- Cooking time: 10 minutes. It does not require soaking. Wash thoroughly under running water for a few minutes before cooking, to remove any impurities.
